1. We reserve the right to sell this vehicle and withdraw it from auction at any time before our reserve
is met in the auction. Once reserve is met, vehicle will be held for the highest bidder in this auction.
2. We reserve the right to disregard a bid from bidder whose bidding record is so negative as to cast
doubt on sincerity of the bid. Please do not bid on this vehicle unless you are dead serious aboutbuying and paying for it. In this regard, a bidder should be certain he has the financial resources (cash/creditcard, money order, bank wire, or approved loan) to consummate the transaction.
3. Personal inspections of this vehicle are welcomed. Contact us via e-mail or phone (numbers on our web site) to make arrangements for viewing or test driving.
4. We will try to honor reasonable, specific requests for additional e-mail photos.
5. Winning bidders should contact us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of end of auction. If this is not done, we reserve the right to offer this vehicle to the next qualified bidder...and negative feedback will be posted.
6. A non-refundable deposit of 20 per cent of the final winning bid price shall be made within three work days after close of auction. The balance shall be paid within seven work days after close of auction, unless OHI Trading Company makes a specific exception for some reason.
7. In the event the successful bidder is a resident of Texas, OHI Trading Company will collect from thebuyer all applicable taxes and fees needed to transfer the title. We will estimate these upon request.
8. In the event the successful bidder is a resident of a state other than Texas, the buyer will be responsible for compliance of transfer fees and laws within his state of residency.
