1. OHI Trading Company is owned and operated by Keegan Armke and his father, Ken Armke. We are sixth- and fifth-generation Texans and natives of New Braunfels and Comal County.

2. We own our own commercial property, built in 2003, and are members of the New Braunfels and Canyon Lake chambers of commerce.

3. We are also members of several professional organizations, and we are licensed by the State of Texas to finance our own vehicles. In nearly all cases, we finance our sales in-house rather than "farm-out" our contracts to outside agencies. Our customers make payments directly to us.

4. We have taken great care to build our business around reasonable prices and customer satisfaction. We thrive on repeat customers and word-of-mouth advertising. We are often told by our customers that they would trade nowhere else.

5. We offer some of the most reasonable warranty packages in the industry and--more importantly--give a free 90-day (or 3,000-mile) drive train warranty on nearly every sale not otherwise covered by warranty.

6. While we finance many of our sales, CASH SALES are very important to the health of our business. Accordingly, we give huge discounts when a customer is able to pay with cash or provide his own outside financing through a bank or credit union.

7. We give even greater cash discounts when our "Auction Resource Program" is used. Through the program, we are able to fill a customer's needs while saving literally thousands of dollars at the same time.
