Design: Unusual impressed design of leaves and scrolls is surrounded by bas relief beaded bands.

Lid: Pewter lid is one of the most impressive we've encountered. It is elaborately engraved with a full-figured dancing couple, animals, symbols, etc. Tremendous artistic detail.

Notes: Body mint. Lid has been repaired at attachment.
