Material: Stoneware with elaborate bas-relief detail executed in the famous Mettlach phanolith technique, with the background color showing through in areas of transparency.

Lid: Pewter with a stoneware inlay blending with the decor on the body.

Design: Varous motifs depict the winter season in Germany.
